Andrew Fish is a Principal Engineer in Intel's Software Solution Group. Andrew is best known for inventing the concept of the Extensible Firmware Interface (EFI), a new model for the interface between the operating system and platform. Andrew has worked at Intel for 10 years working on various pre-OS software initiatives. Andrew previously worked at NCR for 9 years where he worked on pre-OS software for servers and massively parallel systems. Andrew has a MS in Computer Engineering from NTU and a BS in Computer Engineering from NC State.
