INTEL CORPORATION
Jasmin has 25 years of experience in the architecture development, and system design in communication and computer industry. After joining Intel in 1991, he spent seven years working on chipset architecture and product development. In this capacity he was directly involved in development of fundamental PC technologies such as PCI and AGP. He was the chief architect of a number of successful PCI products including Intel's 440 chipset family. During last several years, he was responsible for the development of Intel's proprietary IO interconnect technologies including HubLink, a chip-to-chip interconnect. This led to development of PCI Express (PCIe), an industry standard for which Jasmin drove architecture and protocol specification both internally within Intel and externally within the PCI SIG as a chair of PCIe Protocol WG and Bridge WG. Jasmin holds ~50 industry patents (national and international).
