Fill in your contact information on the lucky draw coupon. The lucky draw coupon is attached at the bottom of the IDF session survey form. |
| 2. |
Tear off the lucky draw coupon and drop it in the lucky draw box located at the entrance of each track room when you return IDF session survey form. |
| 3. |
Attendees participating in this draw activity must be in the track rooms during drawing times. |

| Prize Pick-up |
Winner must be in the track room to collect prize between Oct. 15 & Oct. 16. There will be no mail service after the forum. |
