Certified Wireless USB combines the convenience of wireless with the ease of USB connectivity to deliver speeds of up to 480 Mbps to PC, CE, and mobile devices. Primarily targeted as a cable replacement technology for wireless personal area networks, Certified Wireless USB from the USB-IF is based on the WiMedia Alliance UWB common radio platform.
